Pricing your home realistically maximizes your opportunities to reach the most interested and qualified buyers. Statistics show that the longer a home remains on the market it receives fewer showings and, ultimately, a significantly lower sales price. Based on a current market analysis of similar properties on the market and those that have recently sold, I'll provide you with a suggested selling price that's both realistic and competitive, and will hopefully provide you with a quick sale!

Curb Appeal 2. Preparing Your Home for Sale

The saying "you only have one chance to make a first impression" has never been truer than in today's home market. Buyers have many homes from which to choose, and they are picky! They want a good "deal", but they also want a fresh-smelling, squeaky clean house that's move-in ready. I will make suggestions to help you "stage" your home for utmost curb appeal. 3. Marketing Plan

No two home marketing plans should be identical.  Once we've competitively priced your home and it has been prepared for sale, I'll list your home and begin a custom marketing campaign.

Today the internet is the best marketing tool to showcase a home.  In addition to listing your home on www.windermere.com,  the NW Multiple Listing Service and featuring it on my own website (see the Featured Homes page), I also utilize many high-traffic sites such as Craigslist, Yahoo, Trulia and Zillow.  Other great sources of publicizing your home are the social networks sites like Facebook and Twitter, and video sites like YouTube. 

My marketing "tool box" also includes print advertising, open houses and tours for local real estate agents.  Early and ongoing exposure is critical to keep your property front and center in the mind of a prospective buyer!
